Annette Amato, formerly with Williamson, Neal and Amato, Inc., has specialized in legal recruiting since 1987. She earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA and her J.D. at Rutgers University School of Law. Annette founded Amato Legal Search, Inc. to provide the highest level of recruiting service to clients and candidates.

The target geographic focus of Amato Legal Search, Inc. is the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We work with law firms of all sizes and corporations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500. We locate candidates through direct recruiting, personal referral, networking and advertising. In addition, we have developed a group of recruiter contacts throughout the United States who provide us with an outstanding pool of candidates seeking to relocate to our target geographic area. This network also serves as a trusted resource when candidates from our target area seek to relocate to another part of the United States. We will only refer candidates to recruiters who have earned our trust and respect. Moreover, we will stay involved in the candidate's job search to insure that the candidate is receiving excellent service.
